At Central Care LLC, we make scheduling your services simple and reliable. That will take you to my Setmore page where you can click on the service you need. Schedule the date and time you'd like to book the service and you're done.
All bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team.
Same-day deliveries depend on vehicle and driver availability.WHAT WE NEEDTo ensure fast service, please provide:Pickup and drop-off addressesContact person at both locationsDescription of items (size, weight, and any special handling)Preferred pickup and delivery timesIf you chose our appliance removal service, please make sure it is empty and unplugged before our arrival.PAYMENTPayment is due in person on the date of booking. We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, or business invoices (for approved clients).
Deposits may be required for certain services.CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES24 hours or more notice: No cancellation feeLess than 24 hours: 50% feeNo-show or same-day cancellation: Full fee applies
You can reschedule without charge if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance.DELIVERY TERMSAll packages must be securely packed and labeled before pickup.
Our drivers inspect all items for safety. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or special-handling items. Assembly or disassembly of any item can be done at an additional charge.WAITING TIMEEach booking includes a 15-minute grace period for loading or unloading.
Extra waiting time is billed by the hour based on your delivery rate.LIABILITYCentral Care LLC is fully insured for cargo and commercial deliveries.
Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.SERVICE HOURSWe operate Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
After-hours or weekend is deliveries are available upon request and may include additional fees.
